Booking Your Cake

After your initial enquiry, I'll prepare a personalised proposal with clear pricing details.
If you're ready to move forward and secure your date, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
To help you select the perfect flavours, a tasting box is available. Once the design is finalised, I'll provide a detailed cake sketch so you can visualise exactly what your cake will look like.

Your Wedding Day

On your big day, I take care of everything - from cake delivery to set-up.
If your cake requires fresh flowers, I will coordinate those arrangements in advance. I also make sure to liaise with your venue beforehand, ensuring everything runs smoothly and we avoid any cake-related mishaps with your guests.

Pricing & Cake Options

Every Wedding Cake I create is customisable, from the size to the intricate details of design. Flower option - fresh, faux, or sugar - will be factored into the final quote, as well as the finish of the cake, whether semi-naked or fully iced.

Wedding Cake Portion Guide

We have our cake sizes on finger portions, however if you plan to serve the cake as a dessert, we recommend party portions instead. I'm happy to provide guidance to help you select the right size for your guest count.

Wedding Cake Timeline

Below is a timeline to help you know when to book your Wedding Cake with Cake Couture, when to arrange your tasters and so on...........

Booking ~ 6 - 12 months before. It may surprise some people, but you should be booking your wedding cake at least 8 months before your wedding (we don't want you to miss out!)

Taster Delivery ~ 2 - 4 months before. Once your date is secured with Cake Couture, we will contact you to arrange your Taster Box Delivery.
This normally happens 2 -4 months before your wedding day.

Finalising ~1 month before. Marjan, the owner of Cake Couture, will contact you 4 weeks before your wedding to finalise your design, flavours, delivery, your final invoice and so on.
